WEC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced and certified IELTS trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an IELTS Certified Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their desired IELTS scores by providing English training, expert guidance and instruction.
Key Responsibilities.
- Deliver high-quality English training sessions to students.
- Prepare and implement effective lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Provide individualized feedback and strategies to help students improve their performance.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress,
- Offer additional support where necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IELTS training.
- Relevant IELTS training certification is mandatory (by either British council or other IELTS partner organizations).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate students.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones
Interested candidates are required to:
- Submit their CV, highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
- Include a copy of their IELTS training certification.
- Be prepared to sit for an invigilated exam at WEC Outsourcing if selected
