It is very important to know that we changed our business model with PearsonVUE.
- The exam facilities provided are the OnVUE office exam facilities rather than the public PVTC facility exam as we used to do.
- In case the exam taker fails to take the exam due to technical issues, when approved by PearsonVUE, he/she is given a second chance of the OnVUE office exam facility.
- However, if the exam taker has failed or didn't get PearsonVUE approval, he/she must pay 50 USD for an additional attempt.
- The same applies if he/she doesn't appear for the exam on due date.
