Introduction This Privacy Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines how WEC Outsourcing, a hiring platform, collects, uses, and discloses personal information provided by job seekers and employers (“you” or “your”) in connection with your use of our services in Rwanda. By using WEC Outsourcing’s services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and acknowledge that it is subject to the laws of Rwanda, including the Law No. 058/2021 of 13/10/2021 Relating to the Protection of Personal Data and Privacy, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Collection and Use of Personal Information WEC Outsourcing collects personal information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, contact details, professional background, and other relevant information. We use this information to:

1. Provide and improve our services: This includes creating and managing your account, facilitating job matches, communicating with you, and enhancing your recruitment experience.
2. Facilitate employment opportunities: We may share your personal information with potential employers, recruitment partners, and relevant Rwandan government agencies to connect you with job opportunities. We will only share your information with partners and agencies who have agreed to comply with applicable privacy laws and protect your information.
3. Marketing and promotional activities: We may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as sending you newsletters, updates, or information about new job opportunities or features. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

2. Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
3. Erasure: You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain conditions.
