WEC-Outsourcing, in partnership with CASCADIA Management, is seeking dynamic and service-driven individuals to join the team as Hotel & Apartment Service Agents. Successful candidates will be placed in either the Reception or Housekeeping Team based on their performance during the selection process.
This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless and pleasant guest experience while upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene across the property.

Primary Objective
The Hotel & Apartment Service Agent plays a key role in maintaining service quality throughout CASCADIA Apartments. Reporting to the Manager, this position ensures operational excellence across both accommodation and reception services, aligning with the property’s mission to maximize guest satisfaction and elevate brand standards.
Top-performing candidates will be considered for Housekeeping or Reception Team Leader positions depending on merit and evaluation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high-quality service to every guest.
- Monitor and guide housekeeping operations to ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
- Stay informed on all room types, rates, layouts, VIP codes, and sales categories.
- Support appointment bookings, guest checkouts, payments, and rebookings.
- Liaise across departments to ensure room readiness and update progress transparently.
- Train and manage team members (for team leader roles); prepare rosters and report to the Overall Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and manage departmental inventory.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and comfort standards throughout the premises.
- Deputize the Manager during their absence or key meetings.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by offering a warm welcome and responsive service.
Building Strong Team Relationships

- Communicate clearly across housekeeping and front desk teams.
- Actively listen, think critically, and take initiative when solving problems.
- Share feedback and updates responsibly and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate accountability in fulfilling your departmental responsibilities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in hotel/apartment operations.
- Strong familiarity with Online Booking Systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Reception bookkeeping skills (advantageous).
- Fluent in English (minimum level B2).
- Reliable time management and task execution skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Critical thinker and team collaborator.
- Experience in front-office hospitality is a plus.

Salary & Benefits
Housekeeping & Reception Team Leader
- Net Pay: RWF 150,000/month
- Medical Insurance (RAMA) for staff and first-line dependents
- Flexible work schedule
- Open-ended contract post-probation
