Our U.S.-based client is offering an externship program that can be converted into a full-time job for successful candidates. This opportunity is ideal for recent S6 graduates with strong English communication skills who are ready to work remotely and grow a career in customer service and AI-powered operations.
This externship is part of a large upcoming project with over 20,000 available seats, and we aim to secure at least 2,000 positions locally.
Job Responsibilities (Activities Involved)
Handle customer calls and interactions professionally
Respond to inquiries clearly and accurately in English
Follow structured scripts and call guidelines
Actively listen to customers and identify their needs
Explain solutions and provide basic problem resolution
Maintain proper call etiquette and professionalism
Accurately document call information and outcomes
Work independently while meeting daily performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
S6 graduate or equivalent qualification
Advanced American English accent and fluency
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Basic business communication and writing skills
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
Confidence using computers and digital tools
Strong Internet connection at home
Quiet and suitable work-from-home environment
Ability to work 8 hours per day in the U.S. time zone

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when recording information
Able to work 8 hours/day on U.S. time zone schedule
Reliable home internet and a quiet work space
Has a computer/laptop and headset (or can access them)
