In this role, you will be responsible for handling automated calls, verifying information, and ensuring accurate data entry all while following a structured workflow.

Job Responsibilities (Activities Involved)
- Handle automated calls and engage with individuals through a pre-set auto-dialing system.
- Follow a structured script to verify and validate information.
- Verify and validate data by cross-checking responses for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and update information in the system accurately.
- Move seamlessly to the next call following an automated workflow with minimal manual intervention.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining efficiency.
- Report and escalate special cases to the appropriate team leader for further action.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal French communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
- Attention to detail with the ability to validate and cross-check information accurately.
- Data entry proficiency with fast and accurate typing for real-time data logging.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines consistently.
- Comfortable using call systems and CRM software; experience with automated dialers or survey platforms is a plus.
- Time management and efficiency in handling high call volumes while maintaining quality.
- Active listening skills to ensure responses are correctly understood and recorded.
- Professional and courteous demeanor when handling calls, even with reluctant participants.
- Remote work readiness (if applicable), including a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
